Hen Season is starting and cowboys and angels are raring to go.. Organizing the hen night is one of the bridesmaid's most important pre-wedding tasks and you'll want to give the Hen a send-off to remember.
We want to make it a fun night, easy and stress free for you to organize.

1. Draw up a list of people to invite and consult with the Hen. All Cowboys and Angels Party Buses carry up to 20 people.
2. Select a town /venue thats easy for everyone to get home from safely.
3. Decide on what kind of hen night would be best suited for everyone involved and the venue you would like the Party Bus to take you to.
4. Email or phone Cowboys and Angels early to check availability. Email info@cowboysandangelsbus.com  PH 07942 508555
5. Set the itinerary, create and send out invites by email, text, phone call or post.
6. Provisionally book your Cowboys and Angels Party Bus. We will hold your booking for 4 days to give you a chance to get your deposit collected.
7. Start collecting deposits from everyone, that way you're not out of pocket.
8. Decide if you want a stripper as a surprise for the Hen. Our resident stripper Randy Rogers is Fun, Friendly and Reliable.
9. Call us on 07942 508555 confirm your booking and pay your deposit and remember to quote Ref WEB OFFER this admits one person free on the Party Bus. When you have a party of 13 people or more and is only valid from 2nd May 2010 until 30th July 2010. Don't forget everyone has to get home safely so book your taxis in advance or ask Cowboys and Angels about a return journey home.
10. Give out your email address and phone number and be available to answer queries about directions etc.
11. Pre-book everything you can well in advance so you're not thwarted by not being able to get into a restaurant, bar or club. This is most important if you're also arranging accommodation.
12. Make sure everyone knows exactly where your meeting and the time the Party Bus will be picking you up.
13. Make sure everyone knows roughly how much the party is going to cost and if they will be contributing towards the Hens costs. Also let everyone know how and when payment is to be made and make them aware of the terms and conditions of hiring the Party Bus. (Terms and conditions available at) www.cowboysandangelsbus.com
14. Have an alternative meeting place for late arrivals or for those that get lost.
15. Now that's out of the way its time to think about Outfits, L plates, Boppers and Willy straws. All these saucy Hen Party goodies are available at our fun filled over 18s shop and with FREE postage on all orders it's got to be worth having a look.

    For £5 / £6 per person you should be able to kit the Hen out and still have plenty left for bits and pieces for the rest of the party.
16. Now you can relax, the hard works done. Cowboys and Angels supply a magnum bottle of sparkling wine for the Hen and some FREE shots for everyone, the bus is decorated with Balloons and Banners; we take pictures of your evening and capture all the fun and pictures are available next day on our picture gallery for you to browse www.cowboysandangelsgallery.com   All buses have dance pole, laser lights, smoke machine, karaoke system and your own DJ to look after the entertainment.
17. Ok it's the big night and all the girls are gathering, its time for you to collect the remainder of the money to pay the driver for the bus and the stripper if you've ordered one. Now you can relax, enjoy the fun and let Cowboys and Angels Staff keep the party going.
